The Umatilla County Correctional Facility is a state-of-the-art 252-bed facility which enables us to maintain a balance between protecting the public and providing an environment that safeguards the life, health, and safety of staff and inmates. Our staff must be certified through the State of Oregon and maintain 40 hours of training per year thereafter.
